Attendance builders
Access attendance building materials through our meeting planner toolkit. This toolkit includes a gallery of destination images and B-roll that can be utilized to promote your meeting or even allow us to create a free custom conference webpage for your event.

Registration assistance 
Our trained volunteer tourism ambassadors are able to assist with registration, provide on-site destination assistance (i.e. restaurants, shopping information, local activities, attractions), and help assemble welcome bags (based on availability).

WOW your attendees
Let us provide complimentary welcome bags, destination collateral and maps highlighting things to see and do in our area, and branded items to all attendees(based upon item availability).
