- Employees have received comprehensive training on cleaning and sanitizing procedures developed by AIMClean, a proprietary robust cleaning and sanitizing certificate program that includes best practices from in-house and outside experts, such as Ecolab
- Hotel associates are required to wear face coverings, undergo temperature checks, and increase personal hygiene protocols including frequency of hand washing and wearing of gloves
- Physical distancing throughout all areas of the resort and touchless service from check-in to making payments
- Increase in frequency of cleaning and special sanitizing using EPA-approved products throughout all public areas of the hotel, meeting spaces, guestrooms and work areas with a focus on high-touch areas and hard surfaces
- Providing food and beverage offerings in a grab and go format or touchless delivery; providing rigorous food and beverage staff training
- Providing safe meeting spaces for groups with new procedures in place including table layouts with seating 6 feet apart, floor signage indicating proper distancing at registration and food lines

Dating back to 1911, The Gasparilla Inn & Club is one of Florida’s most important historic hotels. They have embraced the opportunity to provide their high standard of service in a way that allows the guests and members to be comfortable. Below you will find their operating modifications:
- All staff members are required to wear face masks.
- All guests are encouraged to wear masks while in public, indoor spaces.
- For the time being, they will not be offering any buffet dining service or self-service beverage stations in any of their outlets.
- Dining menus will be single use or laminated and disinfected after each use.
- Hand sanitizer stations have been placed in the public restrooms, lobby (entrance/exit), south porch (entrance/exit) north entrance Beach Club, south entrance Beach Club and The Inn Bakery.
- Frequent cleaning and sanitizing all public areas with an emphasis on areas of high traffic.

- Social distancing is a required practice for all guests throughout the resort
