Marriage License InformationContact the Clerk of Courts office (239) 533-5007; www.leeclerk.org to purchase a marriage license. To qualify, both parties must apply in person with proper identification. If either party was previously married, divorce papers, proof of annulment or a deceased spouse's death certificate must be presented.
Beach RegulationsSome beaches in Lee County may require a permit for your beach wedding. Call at least 30 days prior to your event.
