Burrowing Owl Festival

Cape Coral claims Florida's largest population of the Burrowing Owl, a species of special concern. This 10th annual festival is designed to educate the public about the owl and its preservation. Events from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. will include a children’s arts and crafts, butterfly house, educational speakers, demonstrations, burrowing owl van tours, nature walks, native plant sales and exhibitor’s displays. Requested donation is $5 for adults, free for children ages 16 and younger.
