Island Incentive Meeting Offer
|
Take advantage of The Beaches of Fort Myers & Sanibel’s Island Incentive Meetings Offer and receive a 5 percent credit – up to a maximum of $5,000 – of the total actualized room revenue on any meeting or conference taking place in the Fort Myers/Sanibel area between May 1, 2010 and December 15, 2010. In addition, meetings booked in 2009 or 2010 that occur between May 1, 2011 and December 12, 2012, excluding February through April, will receive a 2.5 percent credit.

To qualify, planners must book a minimum of 25 rooms per night for three or more consecutive nights at a destination property. The offer applies to ew bookings and meetings that have not already been contracted and does not apply to weddings or social groups. Destination properties must have at least 2,500 square feet of meeting facilities, and actualized room revenue will be calculated based on group pick-up at the conclusion of the meeting or conference. The offer is subject to availability, and reimbursement will be issued by the VCB at the conclusion of the meeting..
