Visiting the Fort Myers Sanibel area? Reach out to Visitor Services, the area’s one-stop tourism resource for any questions you may have. The Lee County Visitor & Convention Bureau Visitor Services department is dedicated to assisting you with local information and recommendations. They operate visitor information booths right at the airport and can also point you to chambers of commerce around town. Both options offer personal, one-on-one visitor assistance designed to help make your vacation as stress-free and enjoyable as possible.

Visitor Information Booths at Southwest Florida International Airport

Five Visitor Information Booths are conveniently located throughout Southwest Florida International Airport (RSW). The booths are located on the departure level as well as in the baggage claim area – stop here first when you arrive on vacation. Here’s what you’ll find:

  • Comprehensive Local Info: Get information on accommodations, attractions, things to do and more, including transportation tips and resources for international and special needs travelers.
  • Travel Materials: Pick up maps, brochures and the most recent edition of the destination’s award-winning visitor guide.
  • Recommendations: Enjoy concierge-style services, such as getting recommendations on kid-friendly activities and more.

Booths are staffed by volunteer Tourism Ambassadors and are open year ‘round (excluding major holidays) from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. from January – April, and until 6 p.m. from May – December.
